Orders are typically processed and shipped same-day or within 1 business day of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day, but we’ll always do our best to keep it quick.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated shipping times are:

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (rates and transit times vary)

Lost or Damaged Packages

We will attempt to contact the shipping carrier or local facility on your behalf, but Low Tide Thread Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
