I wanted to review this hat because I was hesitant to buy it since I saw another review saying it wasn’t the color that was pictured, but I disagree, the color is consistent with the photos.
I will say that it doesn’t have the same exact sheen as the photos, but it’s close enough for me & I’m actually glad, since I prefer more of a vintage look.
Overall great hat. Love the feel, great material, design is sweet, colors work well.

The color of the hat is different than pictured online. I let the company know, and while they were very polite, they said they think the color is accurately pictured and my monitor may be off. I checked on three computers, two iPhones and an iPad and colors did not match. And I checked on my wife’s 5K color accurate monitor she uses for her professional photography business for editing and the color was different. Maybe the hat I received was a one off but it did not match the color online. It was more muted brown tones then red sepia tones pictured in the listing. My wife says the photo editor did a good job of enhancing the photo to look great and pop but it does not represent the true colors of the hat. Low Tide was great about the return process and sent a return label right away and I appreciate their quick customer service.
