This full canvas snapback is unbelievably comfortable & features a pre-broken-in crown, so you can throw it on & forget about the rest! We love creating hats that work when you need them to! The "Sea Serpent" is sure to be a crowd favorite & we love what Jared did with this design. It's truly unique & we can't get enough of it!

Like all these new hats, the crown is way too high. I hate the style. If I had seen it in person, I never would have bought it. You should advertise the crown height.
We're sorry you didn't have the best experience with Sea Serpent. We really hope every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We are surpised that you mentioned the crown is too high. This is a first with this particular hat. We actually designed this hat with a mid-low style crown and almost all our hats have a mid profile. We designed them that way on purpose. So we are a little surprised with your experience. You mentioned that the hat is 'Not as it appears.' The hat in the photography is the actual retail version, and there may only be a very slight tolerance difference in fit between hats. Thank you for the time to give feedback.
